Terms and Conditions Delivery Times Please ask about delivery times when you place your order. Our standard turnaround time for pop ups and banner stands is 5 working days from receipt of finished artwork ready to print but this may vary from time to time. In the case of goods delivered by third party carriers Maximus Operandi Ltd. has no control from the point at which we hand them over to the carrier. Returned goods Maximus Operandi Ltd. makes every effort to supply quality products to our customers. Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective for reasons of faulty workmanship or materials. Maximus Operandi Limited require written notice of any defect within 5 days of delivery of goods. The mailing address for returned goods can be found on the Contact us page. No goods will be accepted for return without prior agreement. Please do not send them without our agreement. Tax VAT will be added where applicable. Overseas clients may not be liable for VAT. Quality Assurance We aim to provide you with the highest quality products and services without false claims or ambiguity. We also strive to ensure that you are provided with the fullest information possible prior to you making a purchase. Please ask one of our staff for detail if you are uncertain about any aspect of the products and services we supply. All enquirers are subject to receipt of a written offer of sale prior to purchase in order that both parties are aware of the offer. Orders are accepted subject to the purchaser’s acceptance of the offer and orders are only accepted on this basis. Maximus cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur during the printing process if we are not supplied with a hard copy printed proof of the artwork. A digital/screen proof ie. a PDF, Jpeg or any other screen image does not constitute a printers proof.
