Our mounting department is as important to us as our printing department. Nearly everything we print is sealed whether to simply give the print a non-reflective coating or to protect it from potentially harmful UV radiation and fingermarks.
We can seal, mount or encapsulate up to 1.5m wide by any length and set out below is a list of services and popular materials we commonly use.

Mounting Substrates

Forex
• Class One fire rating
• black, grey and primary colours available in 3mm to 10mm
• hard wearing, waterproof indoor and outdoor use
• easily cut to shape

Kapa
• lightweight with long-term life and stay-flat properties
• aluminium backing for added durability

Foamboard
• very lightweight, excellent for display system infill panels
• ideal for freestanding displays using backing struts
• may require protective alloy edging

Gatorfoam
• lightweight
• long-term life and stay-flat properties

Exhibition card
• lightweight for point-of-sale and showcard use
• cost effective

Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF)
• Class One fire rating
• very hard wearing compressed timber for indoor use
• may require edge painting or Flex alloy edges
This is one of a series of specially comissioned outdoor panels....printed on photo matt paper with non fade inks.

The panel was first reverse mounted onto Verilite Non-glare acrylic with opti-clear solvent adhesive.

This was then mounted to 3mm dibond sheet and the edges were then sealed with frog juice liquid laminate.
Perspex and Aluminium Dibond
• used mainly for art prints, dimensionally stable
• also used where print is reverse printed then mounted to perspex for signage purposes

Flexible Alloy Edge Framing
•protects edges of lightweight panels

Lamination
•lightweight with UV protection for indoor/ourdoor use

Hot Encapsulation
•bonded to both sides of print
•5mm clear border for complete sealing
•weatherproof protection
•optional lightproof backing
